Most 2011-12 season passes will be available beginning in October.
- Most online and telephone purchases of 2011-12 season passes will be printed and mailed in October, after final balance payments have been processed on September 16, 2011. For out-of-country pass holders, we do not mail internationally; we simply print your pass when you check-in at our Season Pass Office at the start of your stay.
- Depending on the product you chose during your online purchase, you may not get a new season pass card. If you chose the "R" renewal option, usually available when you purchase the same type of pass as last season, you will have simply reactivated your actual season pass from last winter, and will not receive a new pass. If you’d like to confirm the number of your active season pass, or would like to find out if you will be receiving a new pass, please e-mail us with your pass number, name and birthdate.
- If your pass from last season is looking a little ragged, or you’d like a different photo on your pass, (upload your own new mug shot), call our Season Pass Administration Office at 970.726.1423, and you can request your pass be mailed to you.
- During an online purchase you signed your Release of Liability Waiver. For phone orders, you will need to log into your online account to complete this step for each pass you purchased. Minors (younger than 18 years) need their parent / guardian to log into their own account to access their child’s account to complete this step. If you need help adding or associating a child to your account, please contact us at 970.726.1564.
- Purchases of season passes by NEW guests require a photo in order for us to print your season pass. You can log into your online account to upload a head and shoulders shot (similar to a drivers’ license / passport photo), or have your photo taken and pass printed at the Winter Park Season Pass Office.
